Compliance Management

HMD is resolved to dedicate every effort to creating a corporate culture centering on fairness and integrity based on mutual trust and legal compliance.

In order to raise employee awareness of the importance of compliance management, to faithfully comply with relevant laws and regulations, and to meet stakeholder needs, we have a team dedicated to compliance management. The Compliance Team is responsible for planning and conducting compliance training, responding to legal issues arising on site, and managing legal risks through regular monitoring and inspections.

Also, the Compliance Team provides assistance to the fair trade voluntary compliance managers appointed according to the Operating Regulations for the Fair Trade Voluntary Compliance Program and the compliance supporters appointed in accordance with the compliance control standards to carry out companywide compliance training and report the results of compliance assessments to the board of directors.
